How we work, from request to delivery
We work in clear steps and do not move on without your approval. These are the usual stages; they may vary slightly by service.
From purchase request to delivery

You contact us on WhatsApp or phone and tell us what you want to buy or ship, and where.

We search for products and suppliers, or take your order details if you bought yourself.

We send options and a written quote stating what is included, and you approve.

We confirm orders with suppliers, follow production and keep you updated.

We receive goods in Yiwu and check and photograph them as agreed.

We consolidate and pack the goods and prepare the packing list and documents.

We ship by the agreed method and send you the available shipment details.

You receive your goods according to the scope: at the port or airport, or after clearance and delivery if agreed.
What does the quote include?
The quote scope depends on the agreement and destination: it may cover shipping to the arrival port or airport only, shipping with customs clearance, or delivery to your address where available. Every written quote states exactly what is included and who pays customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
