Air freight from China

Air freight suits goods with high value relative to weight, urgent orders and samples. It costs more than sea freight and is usually charged on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, so carton dimensions strongly affect the price.

Some goods such as batteries, liquids and magnetic materials are restricted by air, and we check this before accepting a shipment.

• Type and description of the goods
• Approximate total weight
• Carton dimensions or total volume (CBM)
• Number of cartons or pieces
• Destination city and country
• Whether you need clearance and delivery, or shipping to the port/airport only

The quote scope depends on the agreement and destination: it may cover shipping to the arrival port or airport only, shipping with customs clearance, or delivery to your address where available. Every written quote states exactly what is included and who pays customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
