Sea freight from China

Sea freight is the lowest-cost option for large and heavy goods, but slower than air. There are two main methods: a full container (FCL) when your goods fill most of a container, and less-than-container load (LCL) where your goods share a container and are usually charged by cubic metre.

Sea shipments from Yiwu usually depart through East China ports; the port and carrier are stated in the quote.

The quote scope depends on the agreement and destination: it may cover shipping to the arrival port or airport only, shipping with customs clearance, or delivery to your address where available. Every written quote states exactly what is included and who pays customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
