Small parcels & samples from Yiwu to Cyprus

Parcels are usually charged on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Example: a 40 × 30 × 30 cm carton is 36,000 cm³; divided by a 5000 factor it weighs 7.2 kg volumetric even if it actually weighs 3 kg. The factor used is stated in the quote.

• Ask the supplier for the sample weight and packed dimensions.
• Say whether it contains a battery, liquid or magnet.
• Combine samples from several suppliers into one parcel to cut cost.

Cities with major cargo airports in Cyprus include Larnaca. We confirm the arrival airport available for your shipment in the quote.

In the EU many products need CE marking and conformity documents, importers usually need an EORI number, and VAT rules apply to e-commerce parcels (such as the IOSS scheme). The UK, Switzerland and Norway have separate systems.

This is general guidance and may change. Confirm current requirements with the authorities or a customs broker in your country.

• Products with weights and dimensions
• Expected number of orders
• Destination and selling model (warehouse or individual orders)

The quote scope depends on the agreement and destination: it may cover shipping to the arrival port or airport only, shipping with customs clearance, or delivery to your address where available. Every written quote states exactly what is included and who pays customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
