When do you need a sample?

For a new product, a new supplier, or anything where quality, size or colour matters.

How to evaluate it

• Dimensions and materials against your specification.
• Finish, stitching or assembly quality.
• Packing and how it arrived.
• Ask for a production sample, not a special display piece.

After approval

Keep the approved sample or its photos as the reference when inspecting the bulk order.
