We work with factories to provide the documents your country requires
Many shipments are delayed or rejected because of one missing document. So we start by asking what your customs require for this product, then work with the factory, labs and authorities to prepare documents before shipping, not after.
What we do
- We agree with you the document list for your product and country.
- We contact the factory in Chinese for what it issues: ingredient lists, specifications, quality certificates and available test reports.
- We coordinate accredited labs for missing tests at the client's cost.
- We follow up certificates of origin and other certificates from Chinese authorities.
- We check documents match the actual goods, invoice and packing list.

What we do not do
We do not issue certificates ourselves and never accept forged documents or documents that do not match the goods. Correct documents protect you at your own customs.
